Programs
Chrysalis Community offers a variety of programs to assist guests and residents in achieving their goal of holistic healing. The programs are offered by Chrysalis staff along with volunteers who offer their expertise. Below is a menu of programs offered during the healing retreats. Each weekend is structured and organized to meet the specific needs of participants and we encourage them to indicate which programs best suit their needs and interests in order to tailor retreats accordingly. There will be organic foods catering to vegetarians, but fish will also be served if requested.

Sharing circles

An opportunity to share feelings and speak freely without fear or judgment. Sharing circles invite sharing of feelings rather than inhibiting them based on the premise that holding on to too much can cause and contribute to pain, builds community among guests, and encourages bonding, communication, and trust.

Journaling and personal time for reflection

Journaling allows for writing and reflection on the dayís events, exploration of inner awakenings, and a recording of the weekendís events for future review. Journaling assists in getting in touch with feelings and encourages application of techniques after the healing weekend.
